The storefront is intended for ordinary retail browsing, product research, and purchasing. Customers should use the site in a way that does not interfere with its operation, compromise security, misuse checkout functions, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.

Information provided during checkout or customer support should be accurate and relevant to the transaction.

ROVQIRA sells products where different details matter to different buyers. Apparel may be selected by size, color, fabric, fit, and style. Wetsuits may also involve thickness, construction, and body fit. Surfboards and water-sports equipment can involve dimensions, volume, construction, fin setup, intended conditions, and rider preference.

Customers should review the information shown on the relevant product page before placing an order. Where a product has selectable variations, the selected option should be checked carefully before checkout.

Product descriptions and images are intended to help customers understand the item offered, but small visual differences can occur because of photography, screen settings, materials, production variation, or lighting.

Swimwear, wetsuits, boardshorts, shirts, jackets, and other apparel can fit differently depending on cut, fabric, construction, and brand-specific sizing.

Customers should use the product information available rather than assuming that the same labeled size will fit identically across every item. If sizing details are unclear, contact us before ordering so we can clarify the information available for the product.

General sizing guidance does not replace the customer's own assessment of body measurements, fit preference, or intended use.

Surfboards and related equipment should be selected with particular attention to specifications. Board length, width, thickness, volume, construction, fin configuration, rider ability, wave conditions, and personal preference can all affect suitability.

Information provided on the storefront is intended to describe the product, not to guarantee that a board or equipment setup will be appropriate for every rider or every condition.

Submitting an order creates a request to purchase the selected products. An order may still require review for payment status, inventory, shipping restrictions, product data issues, or other fulfillment conditions.

We may contact a customer if an order cannot proceed as submitted or if additional information is reasonably needed to complete fulfillment.

If part of an order becomes unavailable, the affected portion may be adjusted, refunded, or otherwise resolved according to the circumstances.

Requests to change a product, size, color, specification, shipping address, or other order detail should be sent as soon as possible.

Changes are more likely to be possible before the order enters packing or carrier processing. Once fulfillment has progressed, modification or cancellation may no longer be practical.

Product prices can change as inventory, promotions, product sourcing, merchandising, or other commercial conditions change.

We make reasonable efforts to present prices accurately. If an obvious pricing or product-data error affects an order, we may pause the transaction and contact the customer rather than proceeding on information that is clearly incorrect.

Shipping charges, import costs, taxes, or other transaction-related amounts may vary according to destination and checkout conditions.

Promotions may apply only to selected products, categories, quantities, or time periods. A promotional price can end or change without affecting orders already completed at the valid purchase price.

Where a product is returned and a refund is approved, the refund is generally based on the amount actually paid rather than a previous or non-promotional price.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order.

Before checkout, review the selected size, color, specification, quantity, recipient name, and shipping address. Errors can be difficult to correct after fulfillment begins, especially when an oversized product has already entered the carrier network.

Inventory can change as orders are processed. In some cases, a product or variation may become unavailable after a customer has viewed the page or even after an order has been submitted.

If availability changes before fulfillment is completed, we may contact the customer and take the appropriate action for the affected item.

Surfing and other water activities involve environmental conditions and personal skill factors that cannot be controlled by the storefront. Equipment should be used according to its intended purpose and with appropriate judgment for the user's experience and conditions.

Customers should inspect equipment before use and should not use a product that appears structurally damaged, incorrectly assembled, or unsuitable for the intended activity.

Product information should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional instruction, local safety guidance, or an individual's assessment of their own ability.

Return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and the reason for return. Apparel should remain unworn and unwashed beyond reasonable try-on, while equipment should remain unused unless the concern involves a defect or other issue that reasonably requires inspection after use.

Surfboards or equipment that have been waxed, ridden, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery may not remain eligible for ordinary return treatment.

Original storefront text, layout, graphics, branding, merchandising presentation, and other materials created for ROVQIRA may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Third-party product names, trademarks, and brand references remain associated with their respective owners. Their appearance in product information does not transfer ownership of those rights.

The storefront may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, security, fulfillment, shipping, and other technical functions.

These services can have their own systems, service conditions, and operational limitations. A carrier delay, payment-provider interruption, or customs hold may therefore affect an order even when the storefront itself is operating normally.

To the extent permitted by applicable requirements, ROVQIRA is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing, customer-provided address errors, misuse of products, unsuitable use conditions, or interruptions involving third-party services.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable rules.

Access to storefront functions may be limited where activity involves fraud, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, security interference, repeated misuse of checkout, or behavior that creates a reasonable operational risk.

These terms may be updated as the product range, payment systems, shipping methods, storefront features, or customer-service processes change.

The current version displayed on the storefront reflects the terms applicable at that time.
