Shipping & Delivery
ROVQIRA ships a mixed product range that includes swimwear, surf apparel, wetsuits, surf accessories, and larger water-sports equipment. Because a swimsuit and a surfboard do not move through the same packing and carrier process, shipping arrangements can vary by product size, destination, and handling requirements.
This page explains how orders move from checkout to delivery, how larger equipment may be handled, and what to do if a shipment is delayed, damaged, split into multiple parcels, or marked delivered but cannot be located.
Order Processing
After an order is placed, it enters our processing workflow. During this stage, the selected products, destination, payment status, and fulfillment information may be reviewed before the order is packed for shipment.
Processing can differ by product type. Swimwear, boardshorts, shirts, hats, sunglasses, and smaller accessories can usually be packed as standard parcels, while wetsuits, fins, traction products, skimboards, and surfboards may require different preparation or packaging.
If an order contains an item that requires additional handling, the fulfillment process may take longer than a standard apparel shipment. Any timing shown during checkout or in an order message should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed dispatch time.
Shipping Time
Transit time depends on the destination, carrier route, parcel size, customs processing where applicable, local delivery conditions, and the type of product being shipped.
Delivery estimates may change after a package enters the carrier network. Weather, peak-season volume, remote-area delivery, transportation interruptions, customs review, or local service conditions can all affect the final arrival date.
We avoid treating carrier estimates as fixed promises. Tracking updates provide the best available view of a shipment once it is in transit.
Apparel and Small Accessories
Swimwear, boardshorts, shirts, sweaters, hoodies, hats, sunglasses, and similar smaller products are generally shipped in standard parcel packaging appropriate to the item.
Where an order includes several small products, they may be packed together where practical. Packaging choices may vary according to product shape, protection needs, and fulfillment location.
Surfboards and Oversized Equipment
Surfboards, skimboards, and other larger water-sports products require more careful handling than ordinary clothing parcels. These products may use reinforced packaging, additional internal protection, or different carrier services because of their dimensions and susceptibility to impact.
Oversized shipments may also follow different routing, acceptance, or delivery procedures. In some locations, delivery may depend on carrier capability for larger parcels.
Please make sure the destination address can receive a package of the relevant size and that the recipient information is complete and accurate.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping details entered at checkout. The recipient name, street address, apartment or unit information, city, postal code, and destination region should be complete and accurate.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if fulfillment has not progressed too far, but changes cannot be guaranteed once packing or carrier processing has begun.
If a shipment is returned or rerouted because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, additional shipping costs may apply depending on the carrier and circumstances.
Split Shipments
Orders containing products with different packaging or fulfillment requirements may be divided into more than one shipment. This is particularly possible when apparel or small accessories are ordered together with a surfboard, skimboard, or other large item.
Separate parcels may receive separate tracking numbers and can arrive on different days. One package arriving before another does not necessarily mean the remaining item is missing.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, shipment details may be provided after the parcel has been prepared and accepted into the relevant shipping process.
A tracking number can exist before the first carrier scan appears. It may take additional time for the carrier's system to show movement, especially shortly after a shipping label has been created.
If tracking remains unchanged for an unusual period, contact us with your order number so we can review the available information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be reviewed by customs or import authorities in the destination country or region. Depending on the destination and the order, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or similar import-related costs may apply.
Unless a charge is specifically shown as included during the purchase process, customers should not assume that destination-specific import fees are included in the product or shipping price.
Customs processing is controlled by the relevant authorities and may affect delivery time independently of the carrier's original estimate.
Delivery Delays
Delays can occur after an order leaves fulfillment. Common causes include weather, high carrier volume, missed transport connections, customs review, regional service disruptions, remote-area routing, or address-related issues.
If a shipment appears delayed, first review the latest tracking information. If the tracking history does not explain the situation, contact us and we will review the shipment details available to us.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, building reception, parcel lockers, household members, and any safe location a carrier may have used.
Where appropriate, also check with nearby neighbors or contact the carrier directly for additional delivery-scan information.
If the parcel still cannot be located, email [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. We will review the available records and help determine the next reasonable step.
Damaged Packages
Shipping damage should be documented before packaging is discarded. This is especially important for surfboards, skimboards, fins, and other equipment where external impact may have affected the product during transit.
- photograph the outer package and shipping label;
- photograph any crushed, punctured, torn, or impacted areas;
- keep internal protective materials until the issue has been reviewed;
- take clear photographs of the damaged product from both close and wider angles;
- contact us with the order number and a description of what you found.
This information helps us distinguish shipping damage from product condition issues and may be needed when communicating with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
Refused and Returned Shipments
A package can be returned to the sender when delivery cannot be completed, the address is incorrect, the recipient refuses the shipment, or local import or carrier requirements are not completed.
If a shipment is returned, we will review the reason for return and the condition of the product before determining the available next step. Additional shipping charges may apply when a new shipment is requested and the original delivery failed for reasons outside our control.
